Kalypso

This multi coloured one of a kind bear would be a joyful addition to any bear family. She has been created using no less than four different colours. The actual synthetic fur is imported from France and is about an inch in length, very dense and soft. The colour range includes light green, pale pink, rosey pink and periwinkle purple. She is fully jointed and firmly stuffed.

Tristan

This big furry panda is delightful, just begging to be hugged. He is made from two types of synthetic that are both long, straight and soft. The two colours are hunter green and cream. Tristan's eye patches have been sewn into place and his eyes are black glass. His nose is hand embroidered using a hunter green perle cotton to compliment the colour of his fur. He is completely jointed and stuffed firmly with stuffing and pellets.

Burple Purple

The fur that Burple is made from is a luxurious long, soft French synthetic that is periwinkle in colour. He has black glass eyes and a black perle cotton nose that has been hand embroidered. Smudge

Smudge is a very classic looking teddy bear. The Schulte mohair I used has a nice mixture of brown shades and is very dense with a slightly swirled texture. He sports brown ultra suede on all four of his paws. Smudge's face has been clipped so he has a soft "five o'clock shadow" on his muzzle. His eyes are black glass and his embroidered nose is black as well. Smudge is firmly stuffed and is completely jointed.

Bernie Bear -A-Pine

Bernie is the first design in my Bear-A-Pine collection. I designed him with his arms curved forward at the shoulder as I wanted him to look like a real bear does when it stands up. He is made of a unique mohair that is spikey to the touch. It is brown tipped with beige. He has brown ultra suede foot pads, black glass eyes and a black perle cotton nose that has been hand embroidered. He is completely jointed and firmly stuffed so that he can stand up.

Barry Bear -A-Pine

Barry is the second design in the Bear-A-Pine collection. He is a little saucy in the den because he won an A.C.E. Award in 2003 for the best design. Barry's unique mohair is brown in colour and tipped with beige. This prickly bear has soft spikes that certainly make him a conversation piece! He has brown ultra suede paw pads, black glass eyes and a black perle cotton nose. He has been firmly stuffed and is completely jointed.

Poppy is a limited edition of two. The rich blue coloured mohair is a batik mohair which means it has been dyed to give the fabric a tye-dyed effect. The other Schulte mohair that was used for Poppy is an off white pearl colour. She has a black embroidered nose and black glass eyes. Poppy is firmly stuffed and is completely jointed.

Leopold Bearshine

When I received an order of outrageously coloured mohairs from Australia, I knew immediately that I would have fun designing some unconventional bears. Leopold was the first of my Bearshine Bears (I have given all of the Bearshine Bears eyelids so that they look as though they have been into the moonshine!), which makes him the oldest but not necessarily the wisest of this odd family group. His mohair has a dark purple backing and short, sparse jade green hairs. He has black glass eyes and purple eyelids. Leopold's paw pads are purple ultra suede. His face has been plucked to highlight his green nose and mouth. He is fully jointed and stuffed firmly.

Humperdink Bearshine

Humperdink is made from equally colourful mohair as his big cousin Leopold. This Australian mohair has a light purple backing and long yellow stringy hairs. He has been dabbling in the bearshine as well (a favourite family past time I am told!), as you can see by his half closed eyes. Humperdinks eyelids are purple and is actual eyes are black glass. His face has been plucked and his nose and mouth have been hand embroidered using black perle cotton. He is fully jointed and firmly stuffed.

Hennesey

This bear has been created using a very nice fox coat. Hennesey is extra fluffy which makes him really stand out from the rest of his bear friends. He has been double lined prior to the sewing stage, to give the fur extra strength. His face has been scissor sculpted slightly so that he can see beyond all of that hair! He has a black perle cotton nose that has been hand embroidered. Hennesey is completely jointed and stuffed firmly with both pellets and stuffing.

Pearl

Pearl has been made from a black persian lamb coat. As with all of my fur bears she has been double lined for extra strength. Her paw pads are black ultra suede. Pearl has black glass eyes and a hand embroidered black perle cotton nose. She comes with an antique lace collar with the black velvet coloured button from the coat sewn onto it. Pearl is fully jointed and stuffed firmly.
